An Ordinance of the City of Laredo, concerning a voluntary annexation request by Robert J. Gilpin, altering and extending the boundary limits of the City of Laredo by annexing approximately 150.8236-acres, more or less, tract of land located northwest of Nicolas D. Hachar Road and River Bank Drive; providing for the effective date of the ordinance; authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract adopting a service plan for the annexed territory; and establishing the initial zoning of M-1 (Light Manufacturing District) for the subject tract, as described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit “A.” AN-004-2026 District 7 - Cm.
