Authorizing the City Manager to purchase three paratransit vans in the amount of $415,638.78 utilizing the Statewide Georgia DOAS Contract # 99999-SPD-SPD0000212-0010 from vendor ABC Companies. Funding is available in the Transit Capital Grants, FTA Section 5310 grant number TX-2022-005, FTA share $300,000.00 and Local Match of $75,000.00. The remaining balance of $40,638.78 is available in the 2017 CO Bond.
