Authorizing the City Manager to accept and execute grant number TX-2025-107 in the amount of $1,153,412.00 from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities. Funding is available in the Transit System Capital Grants. Breakdown of the grant amount is as follows: - FY2023 FTA share $255,948.00 Local Match $63,987.00 - 80/20 for software and equipment purchases. - FY2024 FTA share $258,831.00 Local Match $45,676.00 - 85/15 for Replacement of vans purchases. - FY2025 FTA share $264,485.00 Local Match $264,485.00 - 50/50 for Operating Assistance.
