Authorizing the City Manager to submit a grant application to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the FY2026 application STATE-U-2025-LAREDO-00069 in the amount of $603,669.00, no local match is required. Funds will be used for operating expenses of the preventative maintenance division. Funds are made available through the Texas Transportation Commission for large urban, small urban, and rural areas. Funding will be available in the El Metro Operations Fund. No financial impact.
