Authorizing the City Manager to accept resolution approving the Laredo Transit Management, Inc. (LTMI) Title VI Program and authorizing the City Manager and staff to submit the plan to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Office. FTA and TxDOT require that transit systems receiving federal or state financial funds must update and submit the Title VI Program Plan every three years to ensure their compliance with Civil Rights Act.
