Authorizing the City Manager to waive bus fares for children between the ages of six to seventeen with a brand new initiative program to help families and children in Laredo stay connected and active during these summer months. Kids on the Go Summer Youth Transportation Program will be commencing on June 3, 2025 through August 31, 2025.
