Motion to ratify and amend the contract terms for FY23-011 with Laredo Occupational Center, LLC, Laredo, Texas for the purchase of occupational medical services. The original contract terms were for an initial three-year period with the option to renew for one additional two-year period. On February 5, 2024, the contract was renewed for one additional one -year period. Staff is requesting that this contract’s current extension period be extended to February 5, 2026 with the remaining extension periods be amended to two one -year extension periods upon mutual agreement of the parties. Funding is available in the El Metro Operations.
