Authorizing the City Manager to execute a lease agreement between the Laredo Transit Management, Inc., “El Metro” (Lessor) and Laredo Insurance Services, LLC (Lessee) for the lease of a space inside the "El Metro" downtown station lobby, for a monthly sum of $1,300.00 for the first year, with a three percent increase on year two and three, for a term of one three year period with the option of two one year extensions. Lessor covenants and agrees to allow the Lessee to occupy the premises beginning on June 1, 2025.
