A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to submit a grant application in the amount of $63,975.00 to the Office of The Governor, Homeland Security Grant Division for the purpose of funding the State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) - Law Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Activities (LETPA) Grant. This funding will be utilized to purchase a portable x-ray system for the Laredo Police Department Bomb Squad Unit. No local match is required. Grant will be accounted for in the Special Police Fund.
