A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to grant the conveyance of a 20 and 40-foot wide utility and access easement for an electrical easement and right of way entry to AEP TEXAS, INC., being a tract of land containing 1.93 acres of land more or less, situated in porcion 23, Abstract 283, Original Grantee Leonardo Sanches, Webb County, Texas as Recorded in Volume 3095, Pages 442-454, Webb County Map Records. Said 34-Foot wide utility and access Easement being more particularly described by metes and bounds in attached exhibit “A” and depicted on exhibit “B”; attached hereto and made part of hereof; providing for an effective date. Easement has an intangible value estimated at $13,619.47
