A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to submit a Law Enforcement Accreditation Program application to the Texas Police Chiefs Association (TPCA) with an application fee of $500.00 and annual fee not to exceed $6,000.00. The TPCA Accreditation Program is designed to strengthen law enforcement across Texas by promoting professionalism, reducing risk, and improving the quality of service delivery.
