A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to ratify the acceptance of a grant in the amount of $11,116.29 from the Office of Governor, Public Safety Office, Criminal Justice Division for the funding of FY2026 Criminal Justice Grant Program- Laredo Police Department (LPD) Mental Health/Crisis Intervention Unit for the period of October 1st, 2025 through September 30th, 2026. This funding will be utilized for overtime and training to the LPD Mental Health/Crisis Intervention Unit. No local match is required. Funding is available in the Special Police Fund.
