A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to ratify the acceptance of a grant in the amount of $109,500.00 from the Texas Department of Transportation for enforcement of Commercial Motor Vehicle Selective Traffic Enforcement Program. The grant period will begin October 01, 2025 through September 30, 2026; this grant is for overtime salaries. The city will be responsible for a required match of $33,945.00, from General Fund, for a project total of $143,445.00. Funding is available in the Special Police Fund.
