A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas authorizing the City Manager to submit a grant application to the U.S. Department of Transportation for the FY25 Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability & Equity (RAISE) for the World Trade Bridge Expansion Project to conduct final design plans, permitting, ROW acquisition, utility relocation, and construction. Grant has no match at the time of application, but up to 20% for $5,000,000 may be required at the time of award. Funding is available in the Bridge Construction Fund. This Notice of Funding Opportunity is on a reimbursement basis.
