A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas amending Resolution 2024-R-200, which authorized the City Manager to approve, enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), and to execute all relevant documents between the City of Laredo, Texas and Laredo College to provide a Workforce Development and Skills Certificate Program in the areas of hospitality, HVAC, and pharmacy technician; by amending such section to include phlebotomy as part of “Exhibit A” and scope of services; and providing an effective date.
