A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to ratify the submission of a grant application and to accept said grant from K9s4COPs to receive a police service canine to be trained and used by the Laredo Police Department for law enforcement purposes. The police service canine is strictly a donation and will be at no cost to the City of Laredo.
