An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to amend the FY 2024-2025 of the Convention & Visitors Bureau Department Fund budget by increasing revenues and expenditures by an additional amount of $70,000.00 in order to appropriate $5,000.00 in seed money provided by the National Development Association - Region VI (NCDA-VI) and an estimate $65,000.00 in revenue from conference attendees and sponsors. These funds will be utilized to cover any expenses incurred associated with the conference and pre-conference trainings.
