Sanchez, Original Grantee, Abstract 284, City of Laredo, Webb County, Texas; Said tracts of land conveyed to Grantor on deeds recorded in Volume 478, Page 471, Deed Records of Webb County, Texas and Instrument Number 795813, Official Public Records of Webb County, Texas, as depicted in Exhibit A; and providing for an effective date.
