Lease term will be for one year commencing April 1, 2025, and ending on March 31, 2026. The monthly rent will be $5,400.00. The lease agreement may be renewed for two additional one year period, upon mutual agreement of the parties. The lease may be terminated by either party with a thirty day notice. Lease payments will be deposited in the Bridge System Fund.
