An ordinance ratifying the City Manager's execution of all necessary documents granting a perpetual easement and right-of-way being a 12 foot wide strip of land containing 5,434.33 square feet of land to AEP Texas central company to install and construct certain electric distribution facilities. Said easement would be located on a property legally described as Lot 1, Block 1 of the Laredo International Airport Passenger Terminal Subdivision, recorded in Volume 10, Pages 45-47, Webb County Plat Records, Webb County, Texas, and as depicted in Exhibits A and B; providing for an effective date.
