An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment to Tower Site Lease by and between Pinnacle Towers LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Pinnacle Towers Inc. a Delaware corporation, was converted pursuant to Delaware law to Pinnacle Towers LLC, effective April 7, 2004) (“Crown”) and City of Laredo, a government entity of the State of Texas (“Customer”) to amend the term of the agreement effective December 31, 2025 for a term of five years with one five year renewal option. This lease is for space on the tower to collocate any and all antennas/equipment related to the operation of the city’s 800Mhz Public Safety Radio System. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
