An Ordinance of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to accept and appropriate revenues in the amount of $1,735.561.00 and expenditures in the amount of $1,822,339.00 annually for Treatment for Adults, with a 5% match, for the Detoxification Department for the term period from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2030. The total amount of the grant will not exceed $9,111,695.00; this includes the system agency share of $8,677,805.00 and grantee's required match amount of $433,890.00 for the life of the grant. Funds will be accounted for in the Detoxification Department Fund.
