An Ordinance of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to execute a First Amendment to License Agreement (“License”) by and between the City of Laredo, a municipal corporation (“Licensor”), and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Licensee”), dated August 13, 2011 and attached hereto; to modify licensed premises for the installation of a Generator, including a concrete pad and back-up power supply, etc. Rent shall increase by Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per month upon commencing of the effective date; all other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
