An Ordinance of the City of Laredo, Texas, amending Code of Ordinances, Chapter 7, Article 1, Section 7-2 entitled “Same-Amendments” and Chapter 24, Appendix D, Permit Fees, to increase the residential building permit fee and the residential plan review fee; and establish new commercial plan checking fees in accordance with house bill H.B. 852; providing for a new workflow instance plan review fee, providing for a resubmittal plan review fee, providing for an expedited plan review fee, providing a cumulative and repealer clause; providing a severability clause; providing for publication; providing for a penalty; and declaring an effective date.
