An Ordinance of the City of Laredo, Texas, amending Chapter 23 - Parks and Recreation, Section 23-6 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Laredo to establish the Buena Vista Sports complex as an independent city park facility within the Parks and Recreation system; providing for the adoption of a fee schedule for the complex; prohibiting fee waivers by individual city officials or council members; providing limited uses for city promotion purposes at the discretion of the City Manager; providing for publication and an effective date; and providing for severability.
