Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas finding that a 60-foot right-of-way (ROW), legally described as 0.7079 acres more or less, out of Moreno Share 7 tract in Porcion 30, Abstract 469, Webb County, Texas as depicted as Tract 1 in Exhibit A is no longer necessary or beneficial for public use. This segment of Andy Ramos Rd, originally donated and designated as a public ROW, has become obsolete and causes traffic confusion due to its dead end configuration. Authorizing the closing, vacating and abandoning of Andy Ramos Rd which will revert back to the abutting owners, Killam Oil Co. Ltd, in accordance with applicable laws.
