Authorizing the City Manager to accept and execute the Texas Department of Transportation State Urban Grant No. STATE-U-2024-LAREDO-00115 for Fiscal Year 2025 in the amount of $670,150.00. This grant will cover the operating expenses for El Metro fixed-route and El Lift prevention maintenance. The grant period will be from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025. There is no local match required for this grant. Funding is available in the Transit State Operating Grant Fund.
