Authorizing the City Manager to execute Advanced Funding Agreement (AFA) No. CSJ-0922-33-227 with the Texas Department of Transportation in the estimated amount of $1,359,800.00 including federal participation for an estimated amount of $1,000,000.00, state participation for an estimated amount of $207,300.00, and local participation for an estimated amount of $152,500.00 including 100% of overruns for the City improvement of twelve (12) ADA Bus Stops and Bicycle Enhancements Project. In addition, an estimated Direct State Cost of $50,000.00 for General Administration is included in the AFA 0922-33-227. Funding is available in the Transit Grant Fund.
