Authorizing the City Manager to submit a competitive grant application to the Federal Transit Administration competitive FY2023 Section 5339(b) Buses and Bus Facilities Grant Program in the amount of $20,000,000.00 with a local match of 20% to 50% (five to ten million) of the total of $25,000,000.000. Local Match will be from future CO Bond and land as in-kind for $2,372,229.00 for the construction and completion of Phase I and Phase II for the new El Metro Transit Administration, Operations, and Fleet Maintenance Facility.
