A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to accept the giving and conveyance of a 5-foot wide water utility easement for a two-inch waterline from Ejido Retail Partners, Ltd. to City of Laredo. Being a tract of land of 1,367 square feet more or less situated in Survey 2386, Abstract 3264, J & H Wormser original grantee same being out of Lomas Del sur Subdivision Unit XXIII as recorded in Volume 40, Pages 39, Webb County Map records. Said 5-foot wide water utility easement being more particularly described by metes and bounds in attachment Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B”. Easement has an intangible estimated value of $3,637.59.
