A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas repealing Resolution No. 2024-R-191; and adopting an amended resolution authorizing the City Manager to accept Grant No. 3335707, a grant in the amount of $52,579.00 from the Office of the Governor’s Homeland Security Grant Program for the purposes of funding the Airport’s FY23 Operation Stonegarden Grant. Funding from this grant will be used for overtime and fringe benefit expenses used for Stonegarden operations conducted by airport law enforcement; providing that this resolution shall be cumulative; providing for a severability clause; and providing for an effective date.
