A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to submit the 2024-2025 One Year Action Plan to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), request for funding in the amounts of $3,032,219.00 the 50th Action Year Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, $957,641.00 through the HOME Investment Partnership Program, and $286,641.00 through the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). An additional $80,000.00 is anticipated to be received in Housing Rehabilitation Revolving Loan Funds, and $125,000.00 in HOME Program Income. Also authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents as a result of the Plan’s submission.
