Authorizing the City Manager to enter into a donation agreement between the City of Laredo, a municipal corporation, and the Explorer Program Post 468, the donee, to provide a donation in the amount $12,590.00 to the donee. This funding will be used towards expenses needed to fully equip and prepare the Explorer Program Post 468 explorers to assist the Laredo community during public events and represent the City of Laredo at area and state competitions. Funding will be available in General Fund.
