Authorizing the City Manager to enter into and execute a memorandum of understanding between the City of Laredo Police (LPD) and the Border Region Behavioral Health Center, Community Health Worker Substance Use Disorder Program (CARE) for the purpose of networking, coordinating, and referring individuals with substance use disorders. The Police Department’s participation is part of the community service provided to our citizens and our partner law enforcement agencies with no cost to the City of Laredo.
