Authorizing the City Manager to accept a grant in the amount of $1,491,348.00 from the Office of the Governor, Homeland Security Grants Division for the purpose of funding the 2023 Operation Stonegarden Grant (OPSG). This funding will be used for the purchase of two patrol vehicles and for overtime and fringe benefit expenses used for Stonegarden Operations. No local match is required. Funding is available in the Special Police Fund-Operation Stonegarden Grant.
