Authorizing the City Manager to submit a grant application to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Community Level Innovations for Improving Health Outcomes in the estimated amount of $500,000.00, with no match for the City of Laredo Public Health Department for the term period from August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2025 with up to three, one-year renewals through July 31, 2028, for a total grant award of up to $2,000,000.00, and further authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents resulting from the award of this grant. Any funding as a result of this application will be appropriated in the Community Level Innovations for Improving Health Outcomes Grant - Public Health Department Fund.
