Authorizing the City Manager to submit a grant application to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration for the First Responders-Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (FR-CARA) in the amount of $2,501,452.36 for a total of four (4) years. There is no cost-sharing/match requirement for FR-CARA program. This notice of funding opportunity is on a reimbursement basis. The grant will be accounted for in the Special Fire Grants Fund.
