Ratifying the submission of a grant application to the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), Community Mental Health Grant (CMHG) Program in the estimated amount of $1,000,000.00 with an in-kind match of $1,000,000.00 for the City of Laredo Public Health Department for the term of September 01, 2024 through August 31, 2026, for a total grant award of up to $2,000,000.00, and further authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents resulting from the award of this grant. Any funding as a result of this application will be appropriated in the Community Mental Health Grant - Public Health Department Fund.
