Authorizing the City Manager to submit a grant application to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Environmental and Climate Justice Community Change Grants Program in the estimated amount of $6,666,000.00, with no match for the City of Laredo Public Health Department for the term period starting on date of award and a term period of project performance not to exceed three years, for a total grant award of up to $19,998,000.00, and further authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents resulting from the award of this grant. Any funding as a result of this application will be appropriated in the Environmental and Climate Justice Community Change Grant -Public Health Department Fund.
