Authorizing the City Manager to accept a charitable donation in an estimated amount of $16,330,495.00, for three parcels from the N.D. Hachar trusts, Falcon International Bank, trustee; Lilia Hachar; The Estate of Daniel Dexter Hachar; David A. Hachar; George l. Hachar, Jr. and Louis A. Lavaude, co-trustees of the N. David Hachar Estate Trust, being (1) 2.643-acre tract (115,116 square feet) parcel of land located in the Santiago Sanchez Porcion number 12, Abstract 278, Webb County, Texas, being all out of a called 2.610-acre tract of land, also known as tract "A,", (2) 241.81-acre tract (10,533,370 square feet) parcel of land, comprised of two parts, both located in the Santiago Sanchez Porcion number 12, abstract 278, Webb County, Texas, being out of the residue of a called 6,132.06-acre tract, (3) 18.49-acre (805,225 square feet) parcel of land located in the Santiago Sanchez Porcion number 12, Abstract 278, Webb County, Texas, being a part of a called 31.16-acre tract, also known as tract “A”, being more particularly described and depicted in the attached exhibit “A”. The City will pay for closing cost and damages from the Capital Improvement Fund. Providing for an effective date.
