Ordinance 2000-O-295 established the speed hump installation policy for the City of Laredo and further provided procedures and priorities for speed hump installation, removal, alteration, location, eligibility requirements and cost sharing criteria; Ordinances 2010-O-139 and 2023-O-027 amended ordinance 2000-O-295; providing for the following findings of fact: repeal of Ordinances 2000-O-295, 2010-O-139 and 2023-O-027; repealed, severability, codification and effective date, and finding proper notice and meeting.
