An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas finding that a paper street in the City of Laredo, Texas, is no longer useful or convenient to the public, that it is an unnecessary expense to the City of Laredo and closing, vacating and abandoning that paper street, being a 0.32-acre tract of land out of 1600 block of Urbahn Avenue Right-of-Way, situated in District II, The Eastern Division, City of Laredo, Webb County, Texas; and providing for a reversion of fee in said paper street to the underlying property owners, but reserving a perpetual utility easement; hereof, closed as a public easement and providing for an effective date.
