An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents granting an easement and right-of-way to AEP Texas central company to install and construct certain electric lines and all necessary or desirable appurtenances. Said easement being a 755.2 sq. ft. easement, being out of Lots 7-12, Block 908, Western Division, City of Laredo, Webb county, Texas. The City of Laredo is currently leasing this property to Gateway Community Health Center Inc. The easement is more particularly described by Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made part of; providing for an effective date.
