An Ordinance of the City of Laredo, Texas, allowing for the waiver of the waiting period requirements listed in section 24.92.2(b) of the City of Laredo Land Development Code for applicants whose application was denied by the Planning and Zoning Commission and subsequently did not receive the requisite three-fourths vote to overturn the denial between October 22, 2023 and May 6, 2024.
