An Ordinance of the City of Laredo, Texas, repealing section 24.92.4(5) of the City of Laredo Land Development Code which required the affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of all members of the City Council to overrule a recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission that a proposed change to the zoning map amendment be denied.
