An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to amend the budget and appropriate $52,579.00 to the FY23-24 Laredo International Airport Budget for funding the FY 2024 Operation Stonegarden Grant (OPSG). Funds are being awarded by the Office of the Governor’s Homeland Security Grants Division (HSGD). This funding will be used for overtime and fringe benefit expenses used for Stonegarden Operations by Airport Law Enforcement. No local match is required.
