Concerning a voluntary annexation application by Juan Gabriel Gonzalez on behalf of PARGON Group, LLC., altering and extending the boundary limits of the City of Laredo, annexing additional territory of 0.598 acres, more or less, located north of FM 1472 and west of Copper Mine Road. Providing for the effective date of the ordinance, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract adopting a service plan for the annexed territory, and establishing the initial zoning of M-1 (Light Manufacturing District).
