Discuss and consider Ordinance 26-07 amend Chapter 12 Utilities, Article 12.04 Drought Contingency Plan a Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan in accordance with requirements of the Texas Water Development Board and applicable provisions of the Texas Administrative Code, establishing water conservation measures, goals, and implementation strategies for the efficient use of water resources, and authorizing submission of the plan to the appropriate state agencies.
