- Discuss and consider Resolution 26-17 adopting Fiscal Year 2027 Investment Policy for the City of Kermit.
- Discuss and consider appeal by Mario Garcia for denial of RV Park Permit located at 714 N. Elm St.
- Discuss and consider on second reading Ordinance 26-07 amend Chapter 12 Utilities, Article 12.04 Drought Contingency Plan a Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan in accordance with requirements of the Texas Water Development Board and applicable provisions of the Texas Administrative Code, establishing water conservation measures, goals, and implementation strategies for the efficient use of water resources, and authorizing submission of the plan to the appropriate state agencies.
- Discussion regarding the City’s police department take-home vehicle policy, including off-duty use of City-owned vehicles, and possible direction to staff.
- Discuss and consider Resolution 26-15 submitting City Manager Mike Arismendez as a qualified person for election to the Texas Health Benefits Pool Board of Trustees for Region 4.
- Consult with legal counsel, pursuant to Section 551.074, Government Code, for advice to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee – City Manager.
