12. Discuss and consider appeal by Hector Garcia for denial of RV Park Permit located at 216 N. Elm St.
13. <div>Discuss and consider on second reading Ordinance 26-03 amending City of Kermit Code of Ordinances 5.05.033 Application for License, 5.05.037, renaming the permit from "Food</div><div>Handler's Permit" to Mobile Food Vendor Permit and establishing operational requirements,</div><div>exemptions, fees, and enforcement provisions.
14. Consult with legal counsel, pursuant to Section 551.074, Government Code, for advice to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee - City Manager.
